シルクとレースで、美しさをかたちにする。

シルクのなめらかなリブに、繊細なリバーレース。先日発売した「シルクアコーディオンレースキャミソール」は、2026年秋冬のコレクションの中でも、AROMATIQUEらしさがとても素直に表れた一枚だと思っています。

レースキャミソールというアイテムそのものは、決して新しいものではありません。むしろ、長くインナーをつくり続けてきた私たちにとっては、とても馴染み深いものです。だからこそ、今あらためてAROMATIQUEの新作としてレースキャミソールをつくることには、少し勇気が必要でした。すでに世の中にたくさんあるものを、私たちがもう一度つくる意味はどこにあるのか。企画を進めながら、何度も考えたことです。

今、ファッションではインナーとアウターの境界が、ますます自由になっています。キャミソールやランジェリーをジャケットの下から覗かせたり、ときには一枚のトップスとして纏ったり。そんなスタイルも、ごく自然なものになりました。

AROMATIQUEはこれまでも、インナーを“隠すもの”だけとは考えてきませんでした。レースをどこに見せるのか、肌をどこまで覗かせるのか。インナーだからこそできる繊細な表現を、装いの中で楽しむこと。それは、ブランドがこれまで一貫して大切にしてきたことでもあります。だから今のファッションの流れは、私たちにとって新しく取り入れたものというより、これまで大切にしてきた感覚と、時代の空気が自然に重なってきたように感じています。

一方で、サテンにレースをあしらったキャミソールは、今やさまざまなブランドから提案されています。レースキャミソールそのものも、インナーの世界では決して珍しいアイテムではありません。では、今あらためてAROMATIQUEがつくるなら、どんなレースキャミソールなのか。目指したのは、目新しいものをつくることではなく、AROMATIQUEだからこそつくれる一枚を、きちんと突き詰めることでした。

その答えとして選んだのが、シルクのリブとリバーレースです。光沢のあるサテンとはまた違う、身体にやわらかく沿うシルクリブ。素肌に触れた瞬間に感じるなめらかさと、控えめで美しい光沢。そしてそこに重ねたのは、華やかでありながら、肌へのあたりもやわらかなリバーレースです。シルクも、リバーレースも、AROMATIQUEが長く向き合ってきた素材。その二つを組み合わせることは、とても自然な選択でした。

けれど、今回大切にしたのは、良い素材を組み合わせることだけではありませんでした。特に時間をかけたのが、レースの分量です。レースは、多ければ華やかになるというものではありません。どこまで覆い、どこから肌を見せるのか。ほんの少しの違いで、纏ったときの印象は大きく変わります。

フロントは、デコルテが美しく見えること。バックは大胆に肌を見せながらも、センシュアルになりすぎず、凛とした品が残ること。そして正面から見たときにも、振り返ったときにも、それぞれに違う美しさがあること。見せるところと、見せないところ。その間に生まれる余白まで考えながら、レースの分量とカッティングを何度も調整していきました。

バックスタイルに美しさを宿すことは、AROMATIQUEがこれまでも大切にしてきたデザインのひとつです。正面だけではなく、後ろ姿まで美しいこと。大胆に肌を見せても、どこか品があること。今回のシルクキャミソールにも、その感覚が色濃く表れています。

そして、そのデザインを実際の一枚に仕立てることは、想定以上に難しいものでした。シルクのリブは、身体に沿ってやわらかく伸びる素材です。一方のリバーレースは薄く繊細で、リブとは伸び方も性質も異なります。性質の異なる二つの素材を縫い合わせながら、レースを波打たせることなく、シルクリブの美しい編み地も保つ。それは、高い技術が必要になります。

なかでも難しいのが、フロントとバックに描いたV字です。左右のレースを美しく合わせ、Vの先端を一点に収めながら、伸縮するリブを均等に縫い込んでいく。縫製するときのわずかな力加減の違いでリブの入り方が均一でなくなり、置いたときにはわずかな差に見えても、身体に沿って伸びたときには歪みとなって現れます。着用したときに左右が美しく揃ったVラインになるよう仕上げるには、素材の性質を理解し、縫いながら指先で細かな調整のできる、熟練した縫製士の技術が欠かせません。

それを、フロントにも、バックにも。完成した一枚を見れば、とてもすっきりとしたラインに見えます。でも、その何気なく見えるV字をつくることが、実はこのキャミソールの中でも特に難しい縫製のひとつです。

けれど、難しいものをつくりたかったわけではありません。美しいと思えるレースの分量を考え、身体がきれいに見えるカッティングを描き、シルクの心地よさを残したまま、それを一枚のキャミソールとして成立させようとした。その結果として、誰にもまねることのできない一枚になりました。

私たちにとって技術は、それ自体を見せるためのものではなく、つくりたい美しさを諦めないためにあるものなのだと思います。長くインナーをつくり続けてきたからこそ、素材が肌に触れたときの感覚を知っている。身体のどこにラインを置けば美しく見えるのかを考える。そして、それを実際の製品へと仕立てる技術がある。

デザイン、素材、着心地、そして縫製。どれかひとつがAROMATIQUEなのではなく、それらが一枚の中で自然につながっていること。それが、私たちが考えるAROMATIQUEのものづくりです。

そして今、インナーとアウターの境界が自由になったことで、AROMATIQUEが長く大切にしてきたインナーの楽しみ方も、以前よりずっと自由に表現できるようになりました。ジャケットの下からリバーレースを覗かせる。シアーなトップスと重ねる。あるいは、一枚のトップスとして纏う。

トレンドから始めたものではありません。けれど、AROMATIQUEらしさを突き詰めて生まれた一枚が、今のファッションの空気の中で、ごく自然に装いの一部になっていく。それは、ずっとインナーをつくり続けてきた私たちにとって、少し嬉しい変化でもあります。

肌に触れたときに、心地よい。纏った姿が、美しい。そして、装いの中で自分らしく楽しめる。その当たり前のようでいて、決して簡単ではないことを、一枚ずつ丁寧にかたちにしていく。

今回のシルクとリバーレースのキャミソールには、AROMATIQUEがこれまで積み重ねてきたものと、これからも大切にしていきたいもの。その両方が、とても素直に表れているように思います。

Silk, Lace, and the Art of Giving Form to Beauty.

Smooth silk rib, paired with delicate Leavers lace. The recently released Silk Accordion Lace Camisole is, to me, one of the pieces in our Autumn/Winter 2026 collection that most naturally expresses what AROMATIQUE is about.

A lace camisole is by no means something new. In fact, for those of us who have spent so many years creating innerwear, it is one of the most familiar pieces of all. And perhaps for that very reason, introducing a lace camisole once again as something new for AROMATIQUE required a certain amount of courage. There are already so many in the world. What meaning would there be in making another one? It was a question we returned to many times throughout the design process.

Today, the boundary between innerwear and outerwear has become increasingly fluid. A camisole or a piece of lingerie might appear beneath a jacket, or be worn on its own as a top. These ways of dressing have become a natural part of fashion.

AROMATIQUE, however, has never considered innerwear to be something that must simply remain hidden. Where lace is revealed, how much skin is allowed to show, and how the delicacy that belongs uniquely to innerwear can become part of an outfit—these are ideas we have explored and valued consistently over the years. In that sense, today’s fashion feels less like something new for us to adopt, and more like the mood of the times has naturally come to meet something we have long believed in.

At the same time, satin camisoles trimmed with lace can now be found across many brands, and the lace camisole itself is hardly unusual in the world of innerwear. So if AROMATIQUE were to make one now, what should it be? Rather than trying to create something simply for the sake of novelty, we wanted to pursue a piece that could only feel like AROMATIQUE.

Our answer was silk rib and Leavers lace.

Unlike the polished surface of satin, silk rib softly follows the body, with a smooth touch against bare skin and a subtle, natural lustre. To this, we added delicate Leavers lace—beautiful and expressive, yet soft enough to feel gentle against the skin. Both silk and Leavers lace are materials AROMATIQUE has worked with for many years, so bringing the two together felt, in many ways, entirely natural.

But the beauty of this camisole does not come from the materials alone. One of the details we spent the most time considering was the proportion of lace.

More lace does not necessarily mean more beauty. The impression changes with the smallest adjustment to where the body is covered and where the skin is revealed. At the front, we wanted the décolletage to appear beautifully framed. At the back, we wanted to reveal the skin more boldly, yet retain a sense of poise rather than becoming overtly sensual. And whether seen from the front or from behind, each view needed to have a beauty of its own. We refined the amount of lace and the cut again and again, considering even the sense of space created between what is shown and what is left concealed.

Bringing beauty to the back silhouette has long been an important part of AROMATIQUE design. Beauty should not exist only from the front. Even when the back is more revealing, there should still be refinement in the way the skin is shown. That sensibility is particularly present in this silk camisole.

Turning that design into an actual garment, however, proved far more difficult than its clean appearance might suggest. Silk rib is soft and highly flexible, stretching gently with the body. Leavers lace, on the other hand, is fine and delicate, with entirely different characteristics and a different degree of stretch. Joining the two without causing the lace to ripple, while preserving the beautiful, even structure of the silk rib, already requires a high level of skill.

The V-shaped construction at both the front and back is especially demanding. The two sides of the lace must meet precisely at the point of the V, while the stretch of the rib must remain perfectly even as it is sewn. The slightest difference in tension during sewing can cause the rib to feed unevenly. It may seem almost imperceptible while the garment is lying flat, but once the fabric stretches over the body, that difference can appear as distortion in the finished silhouette. Creating a V-line that remains beautifully balanced when worn requires an experienced sewer who understands the behaviour of both materials and can make minute adjustments by hand and feel as the garment is being sewn.

And this precision is required not only at the front, but at the back as well. On the finished camisole, the two V-lines appear almost effortless. Yet achieving that sense of ease is, in fact, one of the most technically demanding aspects of the entire piece.

We did not set out to make something difficult. We considered the amount of lace we found most beautiful, drew the lines that would flatter the body, and wanted to preserve the comfort and suppleness of silk while bringing all of those elements together in a single camisole. The complexity came as a result.

For us, craftsmanship is not something that exists simply to demonstrate technique. It exists so that we do not have to compromise the beauty we want to create.

Years of making innerwear have taught us how a material feels when it touches the skin, where a line should sit to make the body look beautiful, and how those ideas can ultimately be transformed into a garment that can truly be worn.

Design, material, comfort, and craftsmanship. AROMATIQUE is not any one of these things alone. It is the way they come together naturally within a single piece that defines the way we make.

And now, as the boundary between innerwear and outerwear becomes more fluid, the way of dressing that AROMATIQUE has long valued can be expressed with even greater freedom. Let the Leavers lace appear beneath a jacket. Layer the camisole under something sheer. Or simply wear it as a top in its own right.

This piece did not begin with a trend. Yet by pursuing what feels unmistakably AROMATIQUE, we have created something that sits naturally within the way we want to dress today. For those of us who have spent so many years making innerwear, there is something quietly gratifying about that.

To feel good against the skin. To look beautiful when worn. And to become something you can enjoy freely as part of the way you dress. These things may sound simple, but bringing them together in a single piece is anything but.

In this camisole of silk and Leavers lace, I feel there is something of both what AROMATIQUE has built over the years, and what we hope to continue carrying forward.

シルクとレース、その美しさを日常に。

素肌に触れた瞬間のなめらかさと、自然な光沢。そして、季節を問わず心地よく纏える軽やかさ。AROMATIQUEにとって、シルクはブランドを語るうえで欠かすことのできない、大切な素材のひとつです。

今年、そのシルクをよりやわらかく、しなやかに、身体のラインに自然に沿うものへとアップデートしました。AROMATIQUEがシルクインナーを長くつくり続けてきたからこそ見えてきた、ほんの少しの変化。その背景やシルク生地へのこだわりについては、以前のJournalで詳しくご紹介しています。

そして2026年秋冬。その新しいシルクに繊細なリバーレースを重ね、2つの新しいシルクランジェリーが生まれました。

ひとつは、「シルクアコーディオンレースキャミソール」。

デコルテから背中まで、贅沢にリバーレースをあしらった一枚です。なめらかなシルクに繊細なレースを重ねながら、甘さに寄りすぎることなく、凛とした佇まいに。華奢なストラップも、その印象を引き立てています。

今回、特にこだわったのはバックスタイルです。

背中は、ほんの少しのカッティングやレースの分量で、纏ったときの印象が大きく変わる場所。覆いすぎるとコンサバティブになり、開きすぎるとセンシュアルになりすぎてしまいます。肌を美しく見せながら、きちんと品が残ること。その絶妙なバランスを探りながら、レースをどこまであしらい、どこから肌を覗かせるのか、細かな調整を重ねました。

正面から見れば、デコルテを縁取るレースが静かな華やかさを添え、振り返ると、背中にもうひとつの表情が現れる。バックスタイルに美しさを持たせることは、AROMATIQUEがこれまでも大切にしてきたデザインのひとつです。

このキャミソールは、2026年秋冬の展示会でも、とても印象的な反応をいただいた一枚でした。プレオーダーでは最も多く選ばれ、エクリュとブラックの両方を選んでくださる方も多くいらっしゃいました。

実際に手に取り、纏ったときに感じる、シルクとレースの美しさ。そして、華やかでありながら日常から離れすぎないこと。そのバランスに惹かれていただけたことは、今回このキャミソールで表現したかったこととも重なります。

一枚で纏うのはもちろん、ジャケットのインナーとしてレースを覗かせたり、シアートップスとレイヤードしたり。シルクキャミソールを“隠すためのインナー”だけに留めず、装いの一部として自由に楽しんでいただきたいと思っています。

そして、もうひとつの新作が「シルクアコーディオンレースボトムス」。

AROMATIQUEでは、このかたちのウールボトムスを長く展開してきました。愛用してくださる方も多いアイテムだからこそ、今シーズンはシルクでもつくりたいと考えました。

シルクならではのなめらかな肌触りと軽やかさは、季節を限定しません。秋冬の新作でありながら、一年を通してワードローブに寄り添う一枚です。

ボトムスで特に大切にしたのは、レースが肌に触れたときの感覚でした。

美しいレースも、身生地との縫い合わせや縫い代が肌に当たれば、わずかな刺激につながることがあります。肌に直接触れるものだからこそ、今回選んだのは、繊細でやわらかなリバーレース。そして、レースとシルクをつなぐシームも、できるだけ肌へのあたりがやさしくなるよう仕上げています。

見た目には華奢で繊細な一枚。その内側には、長く身につけていただくための小さな工夫を重ねました。

上下をシルクとレースで揃えて纏えば、それだけで美しいセットアップに。でも、このボトムスは、それだけではなく、もっと自由に楽しんでいただけると思っています。

スカートやパンツの下に重ねて、裾からほんの少しレースを覗かせる。寒い季節にはタイツの下に忍ばせたり、反対にタイツの上から重ねてレイヤードを楽しんだり。ランジェリーとして、インナーとして、そして時にはスタイリングの一部として。その日の装いや気分によって、さまざまな纏い方ができます。

展示会では、このボトムスもエクリュとブラックの両方を選んでくださる方がいらっしゃいました。AROMATIQUEのボトムスを何枚も愛用してくださっている方にとって、かたちは同じでも、素材や色が変わればまた違う一枚になる。その日の装いや季節に合わせて選ぶことも、インナーを楽しむひとつの方法なのだと思います。

シルクのなめらかさと、リバーレースの繊細さ。肌に触れたときの心地よさと、纏った姿の美しさ。

どちらか一方ではなく、その両方を大切にすること。

見えない日のためにも、少し見せて楽しむ日のためにも。特別な一枚としてしまっておくのではなく、日々の装いの中で自由に纏う。

Silk and Lace, Made for the Everyday

The smoothness you feel the moment silk touches the skin. Its natural lustre, and a lightness that feels comfortable throughout the seasons. For AROMATIQUE, silk has always been one of the materials at the heart of our brand.

This year, we updated our silk to make it even softer, more supple, and more naturally responsive to the contours of the body. It is a subtle evolution, born from years of creating silk innerwear and understanding what we want the fabric to feel like against the skin. We shared more about this new silk and the thoughts behind it in a previous Journal.

For Autumn/Winter 2026, we paired this new silk with delicate Leavers lace to create two new pieces of silk lingerie.

The first is the Silk Accordion Lace Camisole.

Delicate Leavers lace traces the décolletage and extends beautifully across the back, bringing a quiet elegance to the smooth silk beneath. The effect is feminine without feeling overly sweet, while the slender straps add to its refined, understated presence.

Particular attention was given to the back.

The impression of a garment can change completely with the slightest adjustment to the cut of the back or the amount of lace. Too much coverage can feel conservative; too much openness can become overly sensual. We wanted to find the space in between—to reveal the skin beautifully while retaining a sense of poise and refinement. Every detail, from where the lace begins to where the skin is left bare, was carefully considered to achieve that balance.

From the front, lace delicately frames the décolletage. Turn around, and another expression appears. Creating beauty in the back silhouette has long been an important part of AROMATIQUE’s design philosophy, and this camisole carries that idea in a particularly delicate way.

The camisole also received a memorable response at our Autumn/Winter 2026 exhibition. It became the most selected piece during pre-orders, with many choosing both Ecru and Black.

Perhaps what resonated was the balance we had hoped to create: the beauty of silk and lace, immediately felt when the piece is held and worn, yet with an elegance that does not belong only to special occasions.

Wear it on its own, beneath a jacket with just a glimpse of lace showing, or layered under a sheer top. Rather than treating a silk camisole simply as something to be hidden beneath clothing, we hope it becomes part of the way you dress.

The second new piece is the Silk Accordion Lace Bottoms.

AROMATIQUE has long offered this silhouette in wool, and it has become a much-loved piece among our customers. This season, we wanted to reinterpret that familiar shape in silk.

The smooth touch and lightness of silk make these bottoms something that need not belong to one particular season. Although introduced as part of our Autumn/Winter collection, they are designed to stay in your wardrobe and be worn throughout the year.

For the bottoms, one of our greatest considerations was how the lace would actually feel against the skin.

Even the most beautiful lace can cause subtle irritation where it meets the main fabric, particularly around seams and seam allowances. Because this is a piece worn directly against the body, we selected an exceptionally soft Leavers lace and carefully considered the construction where lace and silk meet, so that the seams feel as gentle as possible against the skin.

The result may appear delicate and effortless, but within that simplicity are small details designed to make the piece genuinely comfortable to wear.

Worn together, the camisole and bottoms create a beautiful silk-and-lace set. But we also imagine the bottoms being enjoyed much more freely.

Layer them beneath a skirt or trousers, allowing just a hint of lace to appear at the hem. In colder weather, wear them beneath tights for an extra layer, or even over tights to bring lace into the styling itself. As lingerie, as innerwear, or as part of an outfit—the way they are worn can change with the season, the clothes around them, and simply how you feel that day.

At the exhibition, these bottoms also inspired some customers to choose both Ecru and Black. For those who have come to love AROMATIQUE bottoms and own several pairs, a familiar silhouette can take on an entirely different character through a change of material or colour. Choosing between them according to the season or the day’s outfit is, in itself, one of the pleasures of innerwear.

For us, neither should have to exist without the other.

For days when it remains unseen, and for days when you choose to let a little lace show. Rather than saving silk lingerie only for something special, we hope these pieces become part of the everyday—worn freely, in your own way.

And perhaps, in that small pleasure of choosing something beautiful for yourself, there is a little of the “Extraordinary” we hope AROMATIQUE brings to everyday life.

シンプルと華やかさ、その間にあるもの。― コットンとレースを纏う秋。

秋冬のコレクションが始まる頃になっても、まだ夏の気配が残るようになったここ数年。季節の境目が少しずつ曖昧になる中で、私たち自身も、今の季節に本当に着たいものについて考えるようになりました。

今回つくりたかったのは、特別な日のための一枚ではなく、日常の中で自然と手が伸びるもの。

AROMATIQUEには、素材や肌触りを気に入り、長く愛用してくださっているお客様がいらっしゃいます。そんな皆さまのワードローブを思い浮かべながら、まず増やしたいと思ったのが、シンプルなトップスのラインナップ。

ただ、シンプルだからこそ、AROMATIQUEである意味がほしい。一見すると何気ない。でも、袖を通すと身体が美しく見える。肌に触れると、その素材の違いがわかる。そして、手持ちのAROMATIQUEとも自然につながっていく。そんな一枚をつくりたいと思いました。

そこで生まれたのが、上質なコットンを使ったロング丈の「コットンストレッチミディアムトップス」です。

AROMATIQUEのコットンストレッチシリーズで使用しているのは、イタリアの老舗紡績メーカーが手掛ける「Filoscozia®（フィロスコツィア）」の糸。なめらかな肌触りと、コットンとは思えないほどの上品な光沢感。そして高いストレッチ性があり、身体のラインに自然に沿いながら、美しいシルエットをつくります。

今回はその特性を活かし、ヒップまで届くロング丈に。サイドには深めのスリットを入れることで、長さがあっても重たくならず、身体の動きに合わせて自然な抜けが生まれるように仕上げました。

シンプルな一枚だからこそ、特にこだわったネックラインと肩まわり。ほんの少し開き方が違うだけで、全体の印象は大きく変わります。開きすぎず、詰まりすぎず、デコルテを美しく見せながら、上品さがきちんと残ること。肩まわり、の見え方も含め、纏ったときに身体を美しく見せてくれる、そのちょうどいいバランスを探りました。

一枚でさらりと着るのはもちろん、季節が進めばジャケットを羽織って。Tシャツのような気軽さがありながら、Filoscozia®ならではの光沢感とフィット感があることで、カジュアルになりすぎず、オフィスカジュアルにも自然に馴染みます。

夏の余韻が長く続き、秋の装いへとゆっくり移り変わるようになった今。まだ暑さの残る晩夏には一枚で、少しずつ気温が下がればジャケットやニットと重ねて。季節の境目を越えて長く着られることも、今つくりたかった理由のひとつです。

そして、もうひとつの新作は、まったく違う表情を持つ「総レースフレアパンツ」。

今回選んだのは、大胆な大柄と、高い透け感が印象的なリバーレースです。繊細でありながら、ひと目でその存在を感じられるもの。贅沢にレースを使うことで大きな柄が美しく広がり、纏ったときには肌が透け、歩くたびにレースと肌との間に繊細な陰影が生まれます。

これだけ大胆に透けるレースだからこそ、デザインするときに考えたのは、どこまで見せ、どこを隠すのかということでした。

ヒップラインから一分丈ほどまでは、内側にやわらかなコットンニットを重ねています。ヒップまわりはやさしく包みながら、そこから下はレース越しに肌が覗く。総レースならではの透け感を楽しみながらも、必要なところにはきちんと安心感を持たせることで、センシュアルになりすぎず、品のある一枚に仕上げました。

内側にコットンを重ねたことには、もうひとつ理由があります。繊細なレースを直接引っ張りながら着脱するのではなく、コットン部分を持つことで、よりスムーズに着脱できること。見た目の美しさだけでなく、実際に手に取り、身につけるときの心地よさまで考えることも、AROMATIQUEのものづくりでは大切にしています。

ミニマルなコットンストレッチのトップスと、大胆なリバーレースのフレアパンツ。一見すると、まったく違う二つのアイテムですが、今回ぜひ楽しんでいただきたいのが、この二つを合わせたスタイリングです。

身体のラインを美しく見せるシンプルなコットンに、肌が透ける華やかなレース。異なる素材、異なる表情を合わせることで、それぞれを単体で纏ったときとはまた違う、AROMATIQUEらしいバランスが生まれます。

新しいものを企画するとき、目新しさだけを追うのではなく、これまでAROMATIQUEを選んでくださった方が、次にどんな一枚をワードローブに加えたいと思うだろう、と考えます。すでに持っているブラやキャミソール、ボトムとも合わせられて、新しい一枚を加えることで、また少し違った着こなしが生まれていく。今回の2つの新作も、そんなふうに長く楽しんでいただく姿を思い浮かべながら企画しました。

まだ夏の空気を残す晩夏には、一枚で軽やかに。秋が深まれば、ジャケットやニットを重ねて。季節が変わるたびに少しずつスタイリングを変えながら、日常の中で自由に楽しんでいただけたらと思います。

Simplicity and Elegance, and What Lies Between — An Autumn in Cotton and Lace

In recent years, even as the Autumn/Winter collections begin to arrive, the warmth of summer seems to linger a little longer. As the boundaries between seasons become less distinct, we have found ourselves thinking more about what we truly want to wear during these transitional months.

For this collection, we wanted to create pieces that are not reserved for special occasions, but ones you naturally reach for in everyday life.

Many of our customers have been wearing AROMATIQUE for years, drawn to the quality of our materials and the way they feel against the skin. With their wardrobes in mind, one thing we wanted to expand was our selection of simple, versatile tops.

Yet the simpler a piece is, the more important it becomes for us to give it a reason to be AROMATIQUE. At first glance, it may seem understated. But once worn, it should make the body look beautifully composed. The difference in the fabric should be something you can feel against your skin, and the piece should naturally complement the AROMATIQUE items already in your wardrobe. This was the kind of simplicity we wanted to create.

From that idea came our new long-length Cotton Stretch Medium Top.

The cotton stretch fabric used throughout AROMATIQUE is made with Filoscozia®, a premium yarn produced by a long-established Italian spinner. Exceptionally smooth against the skin, it has an elegant lustre rarely associated with cotton, along with excellent stretch. It follows the natural lines of the body and creates a beautifully refined silhouette without sacrificing comfort.

For this new design, we took advantage of those qualities by extending the length to cover the hips and adding a deep side slit. The slit brings lightness and movement to the longer silhouette, allowing the fabric to move naturally with the body.

Precisely because the design is so simple, particular attention was given to the neckline and shoulders. A subtle difference in how much the neckline opens can change the entire impression of a top. We wanted it neither too open nor too high, revealing the décolletage beautifully while retaining a sense of refinement. Together with the shape around the shoulders, we carefully searched for that subtle balance that makes the body look its most beautiful.

Wear it simply on its own, or layer it beneath a jacket as the season begins to change. It has the ease of a T-shirt, yet the subtle sheen and elegant fit of Filoscozia® keep it from feeling overly casual. Paired with tailored pieces, it slips just as naturally into an office-casual wardrobe.

As the lingering warmth of summer stretches on, the transition into autumn dressing has become more gradual. Wear it on its own through the warmer days of late summer, then layer it with a jacket or knit as the temperature begins to fall. The ability to wear this piece comfortably across the changing seasons was also one of the reasons we wanted to create it now.

Our second new piece offers an entirely different expression: the All-Lace Flare Pants.

For this design, we selected a Leavers lace with a bold, oversized motif and a beautifully sheer quality. Delicate, yet with an unmistakable presence, the lace is used generously so that its large-scale pattern can unfold across the silhouette. Against the skin, its transparency creates subtle shifts of light and shadow that change with every movement.

With lace this sheer, one of the most important considerations was deciding what to reveal—and what to leave unseen.

From the hip line to approximately the upper thigh, a soft cotton knit layer is placed beneath the lace. It gently covers the hips while allowing the skin below to show through the lace. This balance preserves the beautiful transparency of an all-lace piece while adding just enough coverage to make it feel refined, comfortable and easy to wear.

There is another reason for adding cotton beneath the lace. Rather than pulling directly on the delicate lace when dressing, the cotton layer makes the pants easier to put on and take off. For AROMATIQUE, beauty is never only about how something looks. How a garment feels in the hands, against the skin, and in the simple act of wearing it is equally important.

A minimal cotton stretch top and a bold pair of Leavers lace pants. At first glance, they seem like two completely different pieces. Yet this contrast is precisely what we hope you will enjoy when styling them together.

Smooth cotton that follows the lines of the body, paired with delicate lace that allows glimpses of skin beneath. Simplicity and ornament, softness and transparency. Bringing these different textures and expressions together creates a balance that feels distinctly AROMATIQUE.

When developing something new, we do not simply look for novelty. We think about the people who have chosen AROMATIQUE over the years, and what they might want to add to their wardrobes next. Something that works naturally with the bras, camisoles and bottoms they already own, while introducing a slightly different way of dressing. These two new pieces were designed with that continuity in mind.

Wear them lightly while late summer still lingers, then add a jacket or knit as autumn deepens. As the season changes, we hope you will enjoy discovering different ways to style them and make them part of your everyday wardrobe.

2026年春夏から続く、AROMATIQUEのコンセプトワード「Extraordinary」。

そして季節は、春夏から秋冬へ。

同じ「Extraordinary」というテーマを引き継ぎながら、2026年秋冬は、もう少し深く、静かなムードを纏います。

繊細なレースからのぞく肌。やわらかなシルクやウールの質感。そこに重なるコットンやレース。そして、ブラックがつくる凛とした佇まい。

華やかに飾るのではなく、纏った人自身の美しさが、静かに浮かび上がるように。春夏から続く“佇まい”の物語を、素材の重なりや、わずかな透け感、肌とのコントラストによって、秋冬らしく深めたコレクションです。

今シーズン、特に注目していただきたいのが、シルクのバックレースボディスーツと、ウールのバックレースロングスリーブ。

AROMATIQUEが長く大切にしてきたシルクとウール。それぞれが持つ上質な肌触りや美しい質感を活かしながら、今シーズンはバックスタイルに大胆にレースを取り入れました。正面から見たときはあくまでもシンプルに。振り返ったときに現れる繊細なレースと肌とのコントラストが、静かな印象を残します。

バックスタイルに美しさを宿すことは、AROMATIQUEがこれまでのものづくりの中でも、とても大切にしてきたことのひとつです。肌を見せることそのものを目的にするのではなく、どこを見せ、どこを隠すのか。その余白によって生まれる、品のある女性らしさ。今回のシルクとウールの新作にも、そんなAROMATIQUEらしい美意識を込めています。

そして、この2つの新作でぜひ楽しんでいただきたいのが、インナーとのコーディネートです。すでに人気のコットンブラやシルクブラを合わせることで、バックレースからのぞくインナーまでがひとつのスタイリングに。合わせるブラの素材やデザインによって、同じ一枚でも少しずつ表情が変わります。

隠すためだけのインナーではなく、何を合わせるかまで楽しむ。ブラとトップス、レースと肌。それぞれの素材やラインが重なることで生まれる表情も、2026年秋冬のAROMATIQUEで楽しんでいただきたいポイントです。

もちろん、今シーズンのコレクションはシルクとウールだけではありません。肌に心地よくフィットするコットンストレッチや、一枚纏うだけで華やかさを添えてくれる総レースのボトムスなど、AROMATIQUEが大切にしてきた素材を使ったアイテムも揃います。

シルクのつややかさ、ウールのやわらかな温もり、コットンの心地よさ。そして、レースが生み出す繊細な美しさ。それぞれ異なる素材でありながら、肌に触れたときの心地よさを大切にしていることは、どれも同じです。

ブラやキャミソール、トップス、ボトムス。それぞれを一枚のアイテムとして完結させるのではなく、その日の服や気分に合わせて自由に組み合わせてみる。ランジェリーを選ぶことも、毎日のコーディネートのひとつとして楽しんでもらえたらと思っています。

AROMATIQUE 2026 Autumn / Winter Collection — A Quiet Sense of the Extraordinary

Continuing from Spring/Summer 2026, AROMATIQUE’s concept for the year is “Extraordinary.”

To us, it means a quiet yet unwavering presence. A subtle detail that catches the eye within simplicity. A sense of poised beauty beneath a serene appearance. Since Spring/Summer, we have been exploring these small moments of the “extraordinary” that exist within everyday life. Discover the 2026 S/S Collection here.

And now, the season moves from Spring/Summer into Autumn/Winter.

While continuing with the same theme of “Extraordinary,” the 2026 Autumn/Winter Collection takes on a deeper, quieter mood.

Delicate lace revealing glimpses of skin. The softness and texture of silk and wool, layered with cotton and lace. And the poised presence created by black.

Rather than adding decoration for the sake of being noticed, this collection is designed to allow the beauty of the wearer herself to quietly emerge. The story of “presence” that began in Spring/Summer evolves for Autumn/Winter through layers of texture, subtle transparency, and the contrast between fabric and skin.

Two of the key pieces this season are the Silk Back-Lace Bodysuit and the Wool Back-Lace Long-Sleeve Top.

Silk and wool have long been essential materials for AROMATIQUE. This season, while preserving their beautiful textures and exceptional comfort against the skin, we have introduced delicate lace as a striking element across the back. From the front, the silhouettes remain beautifully simple. Turn around, and the contrast between intricate lace and bare skin leaves an entirely different impression.

Creating beauty in the back silhouette has always been an important part of AROMATIQUE’s design philosophy. It is not about revealing skin for the sake of being revealing, but about considering what to show and what to leave unseen. There is a refined femininity in that balance, and it is this distinctly AROMATIQUE sense of beauty that we wanted to bring to our new silk and wool pieces.

Another way we hope you will enjoy these pieces is through styling them with AROMATIQUE innerwear. Pair them with our much-loved cotton or silk bras, allowing the innerwear glimpsed through the back lace to become part of the look itself. Changing the material or design of the bra underneath can subtly transform the character of the same piece.

Innerwear does not always need to be hidden. Choosing what lies beneath can be part of the pleasure of getting dressed. The interplay between a bra and a top, between lace and skin, and between different textures and lines creates new possibilities for styling—something we especially wanted to explore in the 2026 Autumn/Winter Collection.

Of course, silk and wool are not the only materials defining this season. The collection also includes pieces in our softly fitting cotton stretch, as well as all-lace bottoms that add a delicate touch of elegance. Together, they reflect the range of materials that AROMATIQUE has continued to value throughout its collections.

The lustre of silk. The gentle warmth of wool. The everyday comfort of cotton. And the delicate beauty created by lace. Each has its own character, yet they all share the same starting point: how beautiful and comfortable they feel against the skin.

Bras, camisoles, tops and bottoms are not meant to exist only as individual pieces. We hope you will enjoy combining them freely according to what you are wearing, how you feel, or simply what you are drawn to that day. Choosing innerwear can be just as much a part of getting dressed as choosing the clothes you wear over it.

Lingerie is not something we wear only to be seen by someone else. Some days, there is pleasure in wearing something beautiful that only you know is there. On others, lace or a glimpse of innerwear can become part of the styling itself.

本当に着たいと思える、大人のスイムウェアを目指して

「本当に着たい」と思える水着が、なかなか見つからない。夏が近づくたび、そんなことを感じていました。華やかすぎても違う。シンプルすぎても、どこか物足りない。身体をきれいに見せてくれることはもちろん、安心して身につけられ、自分らしく過ごせること。そんな一枚を探し続けたことが、AROMATIQUEで初めてスイムウェアを作るきっかけになりました。

開発を始めたのは、約2年前。イギリスやフランス、ニューヨークへ出張するたびに、百貨店やセレクトショップへ足を運び、さまざまなブランドのスイムウェアを見て歩きました。デザインだけではなく、生地の厚みや質感、発色の美しさ、ストレッチ性、ストラップの仕様や小さな金具の使い方まで。写真だけでは分からないことも多く、実際に手に取り、触れながら、一つひとつを確かめていきました。

一見すると気づかないような細かな違いにも、それぞれ理由があります。美しく見えるラインにはどのような工夫があるのか。安心感のある着心地は、どこから生まれるのか。さまざまな水着に触れるなかで考えたことを積み重ねながら、AROMATIQUEらしいスイムウェアのかたちを少しずつ思い描いていきました。

今回、一緒にものづくりをしたのは、AROMATIQUEの2024AW、2025SSコレクションでコラボレーションした「Nobless Oblige」のデザイナー、Igor Pacemkiです。Igorは以前、アメリカの大手スイムウェアブランドでデザインを手掛けた経験があり、その知識を生かして、デザインだけでなく、生地の選定や縫製方法についても多くの提案をしてくれました。何度も打ち合わせを重ねながら、一着のワンピース水着をともに作り上げていきました。

まず時間をかけたのは、生地選びです。数多くの候補の中から選んだのは、発色の美しさと、しなやかなストレッチ性、そして安心感のある程よい厚みを備えたイタリアメーカーの生地でした。肌に触れたときの心地よさがありながら、身体のラインを拾いすぎず、美しいシルエットをつくってくれる。その両方を叶えられる素材に出会うまで、何度も比較と検討を重ねました。

デザインで大切にしたのは、華やかさだけではなく、ひと目でAROMATIQUEらしさを感じられることです。バックスタイルに美しさを宿すことは、わたしたちがブランドを立ち上げたころから大切にしてきたことのひとつ。前から見た美しさだけでなく、ふと振り返った瞬間や、歩く姿まで、美しありたい。そんな想いをこの一着にもこめました。

お腹からウエストにかけて施したメッシュの切り替えも、その考えから生まれました。抜け感は欲しい。けれど、セクシーになりすぎるのではなく、あくまでも品よく、軽やかに見せたい。肌が見える分量や切り替えの位置を慎重に検討し、大人の女性が自然に身につけられるバランスを目指しました。肌を大胆に見せるのではなく、見せ方に余白を残すこと。それもまた、AROMATIQUEらしい美しさだと考えています。

最後まで調整を重ねたのは、フロント部分のフィット感、バッククロスストラップの伸縮性、そして脚ぐりの角度でした。ハイレグすぎても、深く覆いすぎても違う。身体を美しく見せながら、動いたときにも安心できる着心地をつくるために、何度もサンプルを作り、フィッティングを繰り返しました。ほんの数ミリの違いで、身体の見え方も、着たときの感覚も大きく変わります。見た目の美しさと心地よさのどちらも諦めず、細かな部分まで丁寧に向き合いました。

一つのデザインが完成すると、不思議と「次はこんな一枚も作ってみたい」という新しいアイデアが浮かんできます。今回のスイムウェアをきっかけに、これから少しずつ、AROMATIQUEらしいスイムコレクションを育てていけたらと思っています。

インナーウェアも、スイムウェアも、肌にいちばん近いものを作るということに変わりはありません。肌を見せることよりも、品よく美しく見えること。そして、袖を通した瞬間から心地よく、自分らしく過ごせること。これからも、その想いを大切にしながら、AROMATIQUEらしいものづくりを丁寧に続けていきたいと思います。

Creating the Swimwear We Truly Wanted to Wear

Finding swimwear that I genuinely wanted to wear had never been easy. Every summer, I found myself searching for the same thing. Some designs felt too bold, while others were so understated that they lacked character. I wanted a piece that was beautiful, comfortable, and made me feel like myself. That quiet desire became the starting point for AROMATIQUE’s very first swimwear collection.

Development began nearly two years ago. Whenever I traveled to the UK, France, or New York, I visited department stores and boutiques to explore swimwear from a wide range of brands. I looked beyond the surface—studying fabrics, color, stretch, construction, straps, and even the smallest hardware details. There are many things that cannot be understood through photographs alone. Touching each piece by hand and experiencing how it was made became an essential part of the process.

Every detail exists for a reason. What creates a beautiful silhouette? Where does true comfort come from? By observing, comparing, and questioning countless designs, we slowly began to define what swimwear could look like through the eyes of AROMATIQUE.

For this collection, we collaborated once again with Igor Pacemki, designer of Nobless Oblige, who previously worked with us on our 2024 Autumn/Winter and 2025 Spring/Summer collections. Before launching his own brand, Igor designed swimwear for one of America’s leading swimwear companies. His experience brought valuable insight—not only in design, but also in fabric selection, construction, and technical development. Through many conversations and fittings, we shaped this piece together.

One of the most important decisions was choosing the fabric. After comparing numerous options, we selected an Italian-made fabric that offered vibrant color, beautiful stretch, and the reassuring weight needed to create a refined silhouette. We wanted a fabric that would feel soft against the skin while gently shaping the body without restricting movement. It took time, but we were determined to find a material that achieved both comfort and elegance.

Throughout the design process, our priority was not simply to create something beautiful, but to create something unmistakably AROMATIQUE.

The crossed-back design is one of the signature details that has appeared throughout many of our collections. It creates an elegant silhouette from behind while leaving a subtle impression rather than demanding attention. It reflects the quiet femininity that has always been at the heart of our brand.

The mesh panel across the waist was born from the same philosophy. We wanted a sense of lightness and openness, but never something overtly revealing. Instead of emphasizing the body, we carefully considered how much skin to reveal and where to place each line, creating a design that feels refined, graceful, and effortless. For us, elegance is not about showing more—it is about knowing how to reveal just enough.

The fit required equally careful attention. We spent the most time refining the front fit, the tension of the crossed-back straps, and the curve of the leg opening. A difference of only a few millimeters could completely change both the silhouette and the feeling of wearing it. Countless samples and fittings allowed us to refine every detail until beauty and comfort existed in perfect balance.

Once one design was complete, new ideas naturally began to emerge. We hope this first piece marks the beginning of a swimwear collection that will continue to evolve with the same philosophy that has always guided AROMATIQUE.

Whether it is innerwear or swimwear, our purpose remains the same—to create garments that live closest to the skin. Rather than revealing more, we strive to create pieces that express quiet elegance and allow the wearer to feel comfortable, confident, and completely herself. That philosophy will continue to guide every piece we create.

リネンラウンジウェアで軽やかに纏う ― 透け感とレースが描く夏の一枚

素肌に触れた瞬間に感じる、さらりとした軽やかさ。
今回ご紹介するのは、AROMATIQUEでは初となる、リネン素材を用いたラウンジウェアです。

リネンと聞くと、どこか素朴でカジュアルな印象を思い浮かべるかもしれません。けれど今回のリネンは、ほのかな透け感とやわらかな光沢をあわせ持ち、空気を含むような軽やかさの中に、上品さを感じさせる仕上がりに。肌離れのよいさらりとしたタッチが、暑い季節にも心地よく寄り添います。

そこに重ねたのは、南国の空気を思わせる繊細なリバーレース。軽やかなリネンの表情に、レースの立体感が重なることで、静かな華やかさが生まれます。過度に装飾するのではなく、あくまで自然に。素材同士が引き立て合うことで、リネンラウンジウェアに新しい奥行きをもたらしています。

シルエットは、身体のラインを拾いすぎないゆるやかな設計。サイドにはスリットを入れることで、動きに合わせて揺れる軽やかさを感じていただけます。そして背中は大胆に開いたカッティングに。抜け感のあるバックスタイルが、リネンの軽やかさと相まって、印象に奥行きを与えます。

ラウンジウェアとして、リラックスした時間に寄り添うのはもちろん、水着の上からさらりと羽織るビーチスタイルにも。さらに、お手持ちのキャミソールと合わせることで、日常のスタイリングとしても楽しんでいただけます。軽やかな着心地と美しい透け感が、夏の装いに自然な広がりをもたらします。

リネンという新しい素材を通して、AROMATIQUEの表現はまたひとつ広がりました。軽やかさの中にある上品さ。日常と非日常のあわいを、静かに行き来するような感覚。

Linen Loungewear — A Light, Sheer Piece with Refined Lace

Introducing AROMATIQUE’s first loungewear piece crafted from linen.

Linen is often associated with something casual and understated. Yet this fabric offers a different expression — a delicate sheerness combined with a soft, subtle luster. It holds air within its texture, creating a lightness that feels both breathable and refined. Its dry touch keeps the skin comfortable even in the height of summer.

Layered onto this linen is a finely detailed Leavers lace, reminiscent of a tropical atmosphere. The softness of the linen meets the dimensional elegance of lace, creating a quiet sense of sophistication. Rather than feeling decorative, the materials enhance one another naturally, bringing a new depth to linen loungewear.

The silhouette is designed to follow the body gently without clinging. Side slits add movement, allowing the fabric to flow lightly with each step. 前回に引き続き、今回のJournalでも100双フライス生地についてお話しします。やわらかく、しなやかで、ほんのりとした光沢をたたえたこのコットン素材。その魅力は、素肌で感じる心地よさだけでなく、装いの中でどのように映えるかという点にもあります。

100番双糸のFiloscozia®を使用したフライス生地は、最高級シャツにも使われるほど繊細な糸から生まれています。細く均一な糸が生み出す上品な光沢となめらかな肌触り。そして見た目の軽やかさとは裏腹に、耐久性にも優れているのが特徴です。さらに、低速の丸編み機でゆっくりと編み上げることで、空気を含んだやわらかさと、ほのかなシアー感を持つ美しい生地に仕上がっています。

今回は、その100双フライスを使ったアイテムのスタイリングをご紹介します。

Following our previous Journal, we continue exploring the beauty of 100/2 rib knit fabric. Soft, supple, and finished with a subtle luster, this fine cotton material offers more than just comfort against the skin — it brings a quiet refinement to everyday styling.

Crafted from 100/2 Filoscozia® cotton, this rib knit fabric is made using exceptionally fine yarns, often reserved for the finest dress shirts. The uniformity of the yarn creates a smooth touch and an elegant sheen, while maintaining a durability that belies its delicate appearance. By knitting the fabric slowly on low-speed circular knitting machines, air is gently incorporated into the structure, resulting in a soft texture with a delicate, sheer quality.

In this edition, we introduce styling ideas for pieces made from this refined fabric.

The simple knit top is where the beauty of the material is most purely expressed. Its subtle sheerness creates lightness, making it ideal for layering with bra camisoles. 極細の糸で編み上げたコットンには、触れた瞬間にわかる美しさがあります。今回ご紹介するのは、100番双糸のFiloscozia®をフライス編みに仕立てたニットトップス。

100番双糸とは、最高級のシャツにも使われるほど繊細な糸。細く均一な糸だからこそ生まれる、上品な光沢と、なめらかでやわらかな肌触り。そして見た目の繊細さとは裏腹に、耐久性にも優れているのが特徴です。

その糸を、あえてゆっくりと。低速の丸編み機で、空気を含ませるように編み上げています。スピードを上げれば効率は良くなりますが、糸にかかるテンションが強くなり、生地の表情は少し変わってしまう。時間をかけて丁寧に編むことで、糸そのものの美しさがより引き立ち、やわらかく、しなやかな風合いが生まれます。

There is a quiet beauty in cotton knitted from the finest yarns — something you recognize the moment it touches your skin. This collection is crafted from 100/2 Filoscozia® cotton, knitted into a refined rib structure.

100/2 yarn — meaning two strands of extremely fine cotton yarn twisted together — is often used for the finest dress shirts. Its uniformity creates a subtle sheen, a smooth and gentle touch, and a durability that belies its delicate appearance.

Rather than rushing the process, we chose to knit it slowly. Using low-speed circular knitting machines, the fabric is formed with care, allowing air to be held within the structure. Increasing the speed would improve efficiency, but it would also place more tension on the yarn, altering the character of the fabric. By taking time, the natural beauty of the yarn is preserved, resulting in a texture that feels soft, supple, and quietly refined.

The finished rib knit carries a light, almost sheer quality, paired with a gentle luster. It is a fabric that speaks softly — both to the skin and to the eye.

Rib knit is known for its natural elasticity, allowing it to move with the body without restriction. It does not cling or constrict, but instead follows the body’s movements with ease. The feeling is close to that of a second skin — light, comfortable, and reassuring.

AROMATIQUEのシルクが、少しだけ新しくなりました

AROMATIQUEがシルクのアイテムを作り始めてから、気がつけば10年ほどの時間が経ちました。素肌に触れた瞬間のなめらかさ、自然な光沢、そして季節を問わず心地よく過ごせる軽やかさ。シルクは、AROMATIQUEのランジェリーを語るうえで欠かせない、大切な素材のひとつです。

そのシルクが、このたび少しだけアップデートされました。

AROMATIQUEのシルクは、イタリアの糸メーカー Ongetta（オンゲッタ）社から、染色されたオリジナルの糸の状態で輸入しています。Ongettaはヴェネツィアから北へ車で約1時間ほどの場所にある老舗の紡績メーカー。繊細で奥行きのある色合いと品質の安定性に定評があり、AROMATIQUEのシルクの美しい発色も、この糸によるところが大きいのです。

今回私たちが見直したのは、その「糸そのもののつくり方」。

これまでのシルクも十分に美しいものでしたが、長く作り続ける中で、ひとつの理想が少しずつ見えてきました。それは、“ハリ”よりも“しなやかさ”を感じるシルク。身体にぴたりと張るような生地ではなく、もう少し柔らかく、自然に身体のラインに沿うような風合いにしたい。そんな想いから、糸の加工方法を改めて見直すことにしました。

2024年の秋、ヴェネツィア近郊にあるOngettaの本社を訪問し、CEOや開発部長に相談するところからプロジェクトは始まりました。糸の細さや撚りのバランス、加工方法について何度も意見を交わしながら、理想とする質感を探っていきました。

そこからさらに、生地として編み上げる工程でも検証を重ねます。糸が最も美しく、そして心地よく仕上がる編み方を探るため、編み機との相性も何度も見直しました。小さな調整を積み重ねることで、少しずつ見えてきた理想の風合い。

そうして完成した新しいシルクは、以前よりもやわらかく、しなやかで、それでいて身体に自然に沿う質感。軽やかでありながら、どこかゆったりとした着心地を感じられる生地に仕上がりました。

言葉にすると、とても小さな違いのように聞こえるかもしれません。けれど、素肌に触れるインナーだからこそ、このわずかな変化が着心地に大きな差を生み出します。袖を通した瞬間に感じる柔らかさや、身体に寄り添う感覚。その違いを、きっと感じていただけると思います。

この新しいシルク生地を使ったアイテムは、2026年3月中旬に登場予定です。(※現在Pre-Order受付中) AROMATIQUEらしいシルクランジェリーとして、日常に寄り添いながらも、さりげない美しさを感じていただけるコレクションになる予定です。

The Evolution of AROMATIQUE Silk

It has been nearly ten years since AROMATIQUE first began creating silk pieces.
The smoothness felt the moment it touches the skin, the natural luster, and the lightness that remains comfortable throughout the seasons. Silk has long been one of the materials that defines AROMATIQUE.

And now, that silk has been gently updated.

The silk used by AROMATIQUE begins with custom-dyed original yarns from Ongetta, an Italian spinning company. Located about an hour north of Venice, Ongetta is known for its refined color development and consistent quality. The beautiful tones found in AROMATIQUE’s silk pieces owe much to these carefully produced yarns.

This time, we decided to revisit the very foundation of the fabric — the yarn itself.

While the silk we had been using was already beautiful, years of working with the material gradually led us to a new idea. We wanted a silk that felt less structured and more fluid. Rather than a fabric that simply holds its shape, we imagined something softer, more supple — something that could move naturally with the body.

In the autumn of 2024, we traveled to Italy to visit Ongetta’s headquarters near Venice. Discussions with the CEO and the head of development marked the beginning of this project. Together we revisited the balance of yarn fineness, twist, and finishing processes, exploring how subtle adjustments could transform the feel of the final fabric.

From there, the work continued on the knitting side. To achieve the ideal texture, we repeatedly tested the compatibility between the yarn and the knitting machines. Small adjustments were made again and again — each one subtle, yet each one contributing to the final character of the fabric.

After nearly a year of refinement, a new silk emerged.

The result is a fabric that feels softer and more supple, yet still gently follows the lines of the body. It carries a lightness, but also a quiet sense of comfort — the kind of balance that can only be felt when worn.

In words, the difference may sound small. But because these pieces are worn directly on the skin, even the slightest change can transform the experience of wearing them. The softness you feel when slipping it on, the way the fabric naturally follows the body — these details are where the difference reveals itself.

The first pieces made with this newly developed silk fabric will be introduced in mid-March 2026. They will reflect the essence of AROMATIQUE: pieces that quietly accompany everyday life while bringing a sense of understated beauty.

AROMATIQUE is a brand created by a manufacturer. Because of this, we continue to approach every material and design with care, always searching for ways to improve. Even when a fabric has been used for many years, we believe it can still evolve — slowly, thoughtfully, and with respect for the material itself.

This is how AROMATIQUE continues to refine its craftsmanship.
